Nakoma appears in the Disney movie Pocahantas and Pocahantas II. She appears to be Pocahantas' best friend in the Powhattan tribe, aside from Pocahantas' animal friends and Grandmother Willow.
She is voiced by Ruth Williamson in Story Reader.
